Are EnGreen products fully green?

Yes. We use areca tree leaves that are mostly wasted or used in unproductive purposes to make our products. Which makes the products 100% green.

Are the products same as the pictures?
We can assure of the same to same quality of this product with the picture. However, according to the device you are watching the product can create some differences in color comparing to real color.
Will I receive any sales receipt or invoice?
When you confirm the purchase of a product you will receive the invoice/sales receipt via the mail you have provided.
How can I return an item?

If the product you have ordered gets damaged during delivery you can claim a refund or return. But in case the product is damaged after unpacking we can not offer the return policy. Take a video while unpacking to claim your damaged product return and send it to info@engreen.shop or talk to us directly at 01894947620.

Is there any MOQ (minimum order quantity)

Yes. While you place an order you have to follow a minimum order quantity of the product to finalize your order. Follow the product page to learn about MOQ of that specific product.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Since EnGreen itself is the manufacturer of the product we can assure you of the stock of all the products in our website.
